This is a unique and awesome opportunity for an data-driven and strategically led CRM specialist to join one of the world's fastest growing tech start-ups. An award-winning brand they have experienced global expansion in a short period of time, and continue to dominate their market always looking for creative and talented people to be a part of their exciting journey!

Based out of brand new offices they are looking for a Head of CRM to join their highly successful Sydney team where you will own and lead all the data-driven customer experience serving as the primary connection point between the brand and it's millions of customers across Australia and New Zealand. 

Key responsibilities for Head of CRM
·           Developing and leading the personalisation strategy across web, email, SMS and in app messaging.
·           Define the CRM strategy and establish KPI's - managing reporting and performance
·           Drive the direction of customer segmentation, targeting and reporting
·           Build, coach and lead a small team
·           Technical skills; SQL/ Adobe Marketing and Salesforce

Previous data & digital marketing experience are essential for this role and you must be able to
demonstrate previous experience developing a personalisation strategy.
