Talent International are excited to partner with a global, top-tier consulting firm to help them build out an extraordinary team to take on their newest and most exciting FinTech startup venture - all with the security of being backed by one of Australia's largest financial institutions.

This market-leading consultancy, in conjunction with one of the 'big 4' financial institutions here in Australia, are about to enter the beta phase of a game-changing FinTech product that will revolutionise the home-buying experience for both brokers and buyers.

Currently in stealth mode and with a view to launch within the next few months, this is an enviable opportunity to be a part of the initial stages of a game-changing initiative - with the security of being financially backed and supported by both a Tier 1 financial institution, and Tier 1 global consultancy. You will join an ever-growing team of entrepreneurs, designers, engineers, venture architects, marketers and investors all with the same vision of inventing, building and investing in start-ups with the world's most influential companies. The vision is to build strategic advantages for these global powerhouses to own the next horizon of innovation.

We are now looking for an exceptional Head of Product to help drive this product to launch.

You will be responsible for building and managing the overall product roadmap for the venture, building a strategy and delivery the solution for key monetisation work streams.

You will:
  • Lead the strategic planning and prioritisation process
  • Manage product capital spend planning and allocation against strategy
  • Determine and approve product suite available and deployed to any market/channel
  • Lead a product strategy designed to support business growth.
  • Represent product internally and externally, particularly with third parties and investors

To be successful in this role, you will have an exceptional understanding of technology needs, requirements and data analysis to ensure the customer's digital experience is seamless and best in market. You will have a passion for all things digital, with deep digital product and UX experience, as well as ideally B2B SaaS experience. You will possess strong communication and presentation skills, have a consultative approach and be team focussed. 

You are incredibly proactive, results driven and have experience in building and developing high performing teams. You think big, are an exceptional and inspiring leader, have an entrepreneurial spirit, can scale quickly, and think strategically and creatively.
