A financial services client based close to Central Station in Sydney are looking for a contract IT Support Officer to take a permanent role.

Interviews will be conducted immediately

The role entails:
  • Providing 1st and 2nd level IT Support across multiple sites (400 users)
  • Act as the first point of contact for IT related problems
  • Managing all Service Desk requests
  • Support all hardware and software deployment (SOE, Refreshes, Patch Management, Asset and Capacity Management)
  • Maintenance of user accounts and databases
  • Maintain System Backups
Requirements of the candidate:
  • Proven experience working with MS Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange and Windows 7/10 operating systems
  • Product support experience with Autodesk and Adobe software
  • Proven experience supporting multiple stakeholders (400 users minimum)
  • Experience troubleshooting face to face and remotely
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
