Must have experience:
  • Being the sole support person supporting around 100 people
  • Strong Microsoft-stack knowledge (at least Windows Server 2003)
  • Microsoft Exchange
  • iOS (Apple devices)
  • Laptop Troubleshooting and Disaster Recovery
  • Managing SOEs (standard operating environments)
  • Strong written and oral communications skills.
  • Over 2+ experience in a support environment
Nice to have:
  • Good understanding of Ethernet, TCP/IP and cabling concepts essential, including Frame Relay, MPLS, VPN, leased lines and ISDN Effective customer service skills
  • Microsoft and Cisco Certification is preferable
  • Remedy experience
  • WebEx
  • Altiris backup software
