We have multiple contract opportunities to join our large scale client working on both specific projects are well as performing generalist HR duties. All work is CBD based in a spacious, modern and fast paced office environment.

Candidates with commercial HR experience working in large scale environments will be highly regarded as will those with excellent coordination skills and a strong attention to detail. Superior communication skills (both written and verbal) are a must as the successful applicants will be required to provide advice / support on human resources policies and procedures, employee relations, performance, labour and regulatory issues.

One of the specific roles on offer requires candidates to have commercial experience in a remuneration background as they will be heavily involved in an annual remuneration review project.

If you have any of the following skills/experience, we would encourage you to apply:
  • SAP Experience will be desirable
  • Attention to detail focus - ability to do some basic data analysis mostly in excel
  • Professional communication and good communication skills with a variety of internal (HR) stakeholders as well as site based leaders of levels - supervisor and above
  • Collaborative team player
  • Ability to work flexibly across different teams and manage peaks and troughs in workload that can be at times unpredictable
  • An interest in the mining sector or previous experience is a distinct advantage!
Identified candidates will be required to perform the following duties:
  • Provides human resource operational support to Human Resource Business Partners, leaders and employees within client group.
  • Supports the deployment of operational projects and recurring annual activities such as salary review, talent review and performance management.
  • Advises on human resources policies and procedures, employee relations, performance, labour and regulatory issues.
  • Provides coaching to leaders and employees to support effective workplace relationships.
  • Provides case management service for all areas within the employee lifecycle.
  • Provides support to special projects and other initiatives (e.g. employee engagement, performance and capability improvement, attractions and retention initiatives).
  • Collects, analyses and reports human resources data to human resources business partners and leaders.
  • Manages human resource transactions to ensure accurate organisational hierarchy and employee data is maintained for customer group.
