Primary Purpose
Talent International is working in partnership with a large government organisation to assist in sourcing a Human Resource Consultant on contract based in CBD.

Key Accountabilities
Plan HR team project activities from initial scoping through to cutover and deployment 
* Focus on SAP Connect project deliverables and objectives whilst managing interdependencies and varied stakeholder expectations 
* Manage a hybrid team of HR functional and technical resources 
* Produce weekly status reports and other reports as required 
* Actively participate in Program wide regular meetings including but not limited to project status meeting, risks and issues review 
* Review and feedback for all cross-functional or cross-stream documentation 
* Review & feedback for all third party documentation 
* Understand delineation of roles and responsibilities between customer and vendor 
* Application of project management principles and practices to ensure project outcomes are achieved 
* Managing vendor resources in HR/Payroll Stream to ensure tasks are completed on time in order to maintain project schedule integrity 
* Reviewing all previous phase deliverables and providing input to future phase deliverables for continuous improvement 
* Liaison with SAP technical leads for development delivery, test environment management, etc. 

Essential Criteria
* Extensive demonstrated experience in HR/Payroll Functional Lead roles 
* Extensive demonstrated experience in SAP HR/Payroll functional consulting roles 
* Strong understanding of SAP ERP integration points and best practice 
* Recent successes in multi-faceted, fast paced project delivery roles 
* Experience in government agencies and the Australian Public Sector 
* Demonstrated experience in supporting multiple senior stakeholder groups through implementation of SAP systems (building key relationships with multiple business stakeholders) 
* Proven track record of making effective decisions at senior levels whilst working in a rapidly changing environment 
* Analytical thinker who has shown an ability to leverage lessons learned, and implement continuous improvement initiatives 
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

* SAP HR/Payroll functional consultant certifications 
* Clarity project management tool
Experience in NSW public sector is highly desirable but not mandatory.
