We are seeking the services of an ICT Business Change Analyst to help our client's change initiative meet their objectives on time and on budget. The Change Analyst will focus on change - including changes to business processes, systems and technology. The primary responsibility of the Change Analyst will be identifying change impacts and planning and implementing change activities that maximise employee adoption

Essential Skills
  • A solid understanding of how people go through a ICT and process changes and the change process
  • Experience and knowledge of ICT change management principles, methodologies and tools
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal that clearly convey ideas and information
  • Experience in running ICT workshops, interviewing key stakeholders and managing/coordinating project resources and tasks
  • Experience in interpreting business processes and converting them to user collateral as required
  • Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
  • Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
  • Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere
  • Problem solving and root cause identification skills
  • Able to work effectively at all levels in an organisation
  • Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others
  • Acute business acumen and understanding of organisational issues and challenges
  • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
  • Experience with large-scale organisational change efforts
