Talent International is working in partnership with a large government organisation to assist in sourcing an experienced the Business Partner ICT manages the business relationship between the organisational ICT function and its clients to increase the value realised from ICT assets, investments and capabilities.

Key accountabilities
  • Manage the business relationship between the organisational ICT function and its clients by acting as a central liaison point for all ICT engagements across organisational divisions; to understand the business, to align ICT with the business and to promote ICT capability within the business
  • Ensure that business planning incorporates ICT considerations, and ICT plans support business outcomes
  • Lead the management of internal and external ICT service provision and delivery of ICT solutions for the organisation.
  • Engage and influence a diverse range of stakeholders to ensure service delivery meets business objectives
  • Negotiate and monitor delivery of services that meet the needs of the client

Essential requirements
  • Tertiary or industry qualifications in a related discipline and/or equivalent knowledge, skills and experience with demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • Experience in developing and implementing consultative/participative processes with key clients and stakeholders.
