Talent International is working in partnership with a large government organisation to assist in sourcing a ICT Change Manager .

The Change Manager will be responsible for:
  • Change analysis - stakeholder analysis; change impact and gap analysis.
  • Planning for change - including communication and engagement action plans; change transition and business readiness plans; post-implementation review plans.
  • Implementing change management strategy and actions, including: stakeholder engagement; development and delivery of communication material; change transition and support activity, and reviewing and monitoring change uptake
  • Works directly with the Program Director as well as across various initiatives as required.
  • Developing and delivering a range of training material encompassing people, processes and technology.
Essential skills requred:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Change Management.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in the role of change manager, with a focus on process/technology-driven people change.
  • Demonstrated skills and experience in delivering change analyses and change management plans and actions within a business technology implementation project.
  • Highly developed training content creation and delivery skills.
  • Demonstrated experience and capacity to plan for change using methodologies and templates.
  • Demonstrated highly developed oral and written communication skills, and ability to establish relationships and communicate at all levels.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills with a high degree of initiative and flexibility.
  • Demonstrated capacity to work independently and as a contributing member of a team .
Desirable skills required:
  • Experience with co-led (ICT and business) enterprise change delivery.
  • Experience in full lifecycle of change management and training for large-scale SaaS (software-as-a-service) implementations would be highly regarded. 
  • Ability to conduct and facilitate change impact and stakeholder impact assessment sessions with business representatives, in order to articulate benefits and impacts of change.
  • Experience in large and complex corporate environments running technology and process change efforts.
