Due to continued growth and an increased workload, our client is currently looking for an experienced IT Contract Administrator for an initial 3 /4 month contract, with possibility of a tempt-to-perm option.

To be considered, you will have proven contract administration and licensing experience, ideally within the IT arena.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Prepare contract schedules and contract documentation.
  • Vendor liaison, price negotiation and supplier relationships.
  • Software licensing reviews and renewals.
  • Provide administrative support and assistance to the wider team.
  • Raise invoices and purchase orders.
  • Procurement activities.

Skills/ Experience:
  • 5+ years' experience in contracts administration and licensing (ideally IT software licensing)
  • Procurement experience, ideally in IT.
  • Comfortable with ERP Systems.
  • Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Superior time management.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and autonomously.
