About the Role:
Working with an established Commercial team, you will assist with the development and on-going management of contractual arrangements and provide ongoing sourcing and contract administration support to this thriving organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Management and monitoring of contract management activities in accordance with our client's Procurement Policy.
  • Support the development and establishment of contract plans, providing timely contract related information and reporting as required.
  • Liaise with Contract Managers to confirm contracted services and works are completed to scope and quality.
  • Process and monitor work orders, requisitions, supplier accreditation, purchase orders and supplier invoices.
  • Enable the timely processing of contractor payments and co-ordinate and administer contract performance meetings.
  • Support the assessment and administration of contract variations, contact renewals and disputes.
  • Coordinate the quotation end-to-end process, from the development of quotation documentation, leading evaluations, recommendation documentation, conforming the contract for award and informing respondents of the outcome.
  • Maintain sourcing and contract management documentation as well as provide administrative support to the wider team.

Skills & Experience sought:
  • 5+ years' relevant Contracts Management experience as a project team member, with skills and knowledge covering;
  1. Coordinate quotation end-to-end processes;
  2. Support the administration of contract claims and variations;
  3. Support contract negotiation and drafting conformed contracts;
  4. Contract Management processes and procedures.
  • Qualification in business administration or other relevant field, possession of or progress towards a degree and/or professional qualification in Procurement is highly desirable;
  • Previous experience in contracts lifecycle administration (tender through award to close-out) for non-complex contracts is highly desirable;
