Talent International is working in partnership with a large government organisation to assist in sourcing an experienced ICT support officer is accountable under limited direction to provide high quality ICT and events support for the office. The successful applicant will perform a wide range of business and administration duties to meet user needs.

Key accountabilities:
  • Experience in asset management and record keeping.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • Well developed communication skills.
  • Proven experience in engaging with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced agile environment.
  • G-suite administration experience
  • Office 365 and Azure administration experience
  • Zendesk administration experience
  • Experience with Project Management and Service desk tools (desirable)
