Our client is a recognised global market leader in Telematics/GPS Tracking industry. They are currently looking for a reliable individual to:
  • Coordinate any new instillations with both the client and the installation provider.
  • Creation of purchase orders for installation contractors.
  • Obtaining quotes for clients and receiving purchase orders for works.
  • Coordinate any stock removals or refits into existing client's vehicles.
  • Update clients on the status of their installation/technician requirement
  • Coordinate Technician Attendance including Accreditation
  • Updating database with up to date Installer information
  • Answering call overflow and filling in for Reception in their absence

Skills and experience required:
  • Prior experience working as an Installation / Service coordinator in a fast paced environment
  • Prior experience in coordinating technicians on the field, suppliers and clients
  • Excellent customer satisfaction focus.
  • Excellent phone manner
  • Ability to multitask
  • Good Microsoft Office software knowledge
  • Excellent attention to detail

This role will be based out of their head office (city fringe location) and is a result of growth they are experiencing in this sector.
