Our client, an innovative, industry leading WA employer of choice are seeking the skills of an experienced Business Relationship Manager to work as single point of contact regarding innovation, business operation and process challenges as well as overseeing initiatives acroos multiple technology divisions. 

Key requirements of the role will include:
  • Building and maintaining positive and effective relationships, identifying project needs and ensuring solution delivery matches customer expectations;
  • Operate as the technology ambassador to explain/communicate internal policies and processes.*
  • Assist multiple business units with analysing, identifying and scoping business challenges and estimating effort required to delivery an outcome
  • Working to analyse the benefits of a proposed service or solution and keeping track of benefits realisation
  • Operate within a (PMO), Solutions and Infrastructure teams to ensure that business needs are clearly understood and that the implemented solutions meet the needs and expectations of the end client.
Essential experience required:
  • Extensive experience in Business Relationship Management, specifically within a large Techology division. 
  • A background in relationship building, delivery management and providing consulting services relating to business process and tech matters.
  • Extensive experience acting as a trusted advisor to business and demonstrated accountability for the alignment of ICT functions and services to the needs of an organisation.
  • Exceptional conceptual, analytical and problem solving skills to identify, analyse and resolve business issues and challenges that are central to the effective conduct of their activities.
  • High level of  knowledge and experience in leading ICT practices to perform reliable and cost effective estimation of scope and effort.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications, an equivalent industry recognised professional qualification, or relevant industry experience would be an advantage.
