The information management and technology division (IMTD) provides services, systems and support to enable the delivery of ICT and information management services including - strategy and enterprise architecture, project delivery and governance, infrastructure, information and technology solutions and service management and support to the central office, regional offices and schools.

The IT Operations Manager will report into the Director of IT Services and you will be responsible for the management of a diverse range of IT professionals along with a mix of vendors and master service providers.  Accountable for ICT operations, Network Management and technology services.

Key to your success will be:​
  • Senior leadership experience within a large complex ICT function
  • The ability to Identify, define, develop and implement frameworks according to the trends within the Technology industry (IT Managed services, telecommunication, Cloud, Hosting, Security) 
  • Proven experience in vendor and contracts management
  • A mixture of operations management and technology management
  • A strong customer service focus
