As a leader of people, the ITSM Lead will develop and manage a team of SME's in the field of Capacity and Config Management, ITSM Toolset and Knowledge Coordination, Communciations, Reporting and Documentation and Resource, Contract and Training.

You will also promote a culture of continuous improvement and increased knowledge amongst staff by sharing, analysing, evaluating, maintaining and documenting our clients ICT environment.  

You will also be responsible for the implementation of the new ITIL tool which has been recently chosen, ServiceNow.  

Attributes you will bring to the team includes:
  • Prior experience driving, delivering and sustaining improvement plans and improving levels of service provided
  • Leading and motivating teams to deliver outcomes
  • Experience in managing multiple priorities within a dynamic environment
  • ITIL Tool Set management - ServiceNow preferred
  • ITIL Foundation certificate as a minimum as well.
This is a very important position and will also be the 2IC to the Senior Manager of Support Services.

No need for a clearance on this role, but must have Australian Citizenship!
