ITSM Problem Manager required for an initial 6 month contract in the South Eastern suburbs.

You will be responsible for managing root cause analysis of ongoing IT issues and proactive trend analysis to form recommendations which feed into the Service Improvement Plans to reduce Incidents.


Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Problem Management support processes based on ITIL best practice
  • Manage day to day operational performance & problem resolution activities
  • Develop and implement Service Improvement Plans

 Skills
  • Extensive and demonstrated knowledge of ITIL processes
  • Over 5 years of IT support processes experience
  • Experience in multi-vendor outsourced environments
  • Experience in the development and documentation of support processes
  • Tertiary and/or related qualification in relevant field of (Information Services or a Business related discipline)
  • Formal ITIL qualifications and knowledge of service support and delivery processes
  • Experience in Problem Analysis methodologies
