Overview
Our client is a global leader in their field.  Due to unprecedented growth they are now looking to add to their newly formed PMO that currently consists of a Portfolio Manager, 3 Business Analysts and a Project Coordinator. 

This role will involve working on between 2-4 projects concurrently with a lifecycle of anything from 3 - 12 Months.  The projects you will be working on are global directives to be rolled out in Australia. No two business units or global offices are the same so this will involve the usual project related skills.

Key Accountabilities
  • Coordinate the implementation of new corporate and local sales, operations & insights/marketing systems
  • Work with the Project Portfolio Manager and the Business Analysts on various projects and business improvement initiatives
  • Identify functional and non-functional requirements by defining user stories in cooperation with the key users, including acceptance criteria
  • Liaise with Dev Teams to coordinate the sprints backlog, developments and testing
  • Coordinate the local UAT phases, workshops, stand ups and team boards
  • Create required documentation, procedure and artefacts, map as-is/to-be processes
  • Analysing data, complex business processes, analysing gaps and working collaboratively with the stakeholders and business systems manager to implement solutions
Desired Skills and Experience
  • Degree qualified in Business, Commerce, Communication or IT
  • Microsoft Excel intermediate to advanced skills
  • PM Methodology: Agile (preferred), Scrum, Prince2, PMBOK
  • Strong commercial and business acumen as well as IT/Systems
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to communicate confidently with a wide range of stakeholders and influence them
  • Organisational skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time, plan and prioritize workloads
