Level 1 Help Desk Analyst  
Location: Parramatta
Duration: 12 Months Contract

Primary purpose of the role:

Our client, a large Government Department based in Parramatta require a reliable and committed Help Desk Analyst to join their team.
The role will involve in inbound call management, level 1 troubleshooting for basic hardware, software and network issues this role is ideal for someone who has some background in customer service or phone support as you will be supporting in a busy call centre environment. 

Key accountabilities:
  • The position will work within a team of Level 1 analyst on rotating shifts.
  • The Service Desk Support team has the overall aim of achieving excellent levels of customer satisfaction and ensuring that client Service Levels, specified within their Service Level Agreements.
Essential requirements:
  • Customer service officer with some experience in Level 1 IT support , MS Office, Windows and Active Directory.
  • Demonstrated high-level time management and organisational skills.
  • Able to work as a team.
  • An ongoing commitment to proactively participate in the Business Performance Management Process.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to work flexible hours,  roster based on 8-hour shifts.
