You will be responsible for developing and deploying periodical software maintenance and updates to the desktop/notebook/MFD/ printer fleets, troubleshooting and resolving incidents, contributing to problem identification and resolution, testing and integrating devices (notebooks, desktops, printers, etc.) and service call queue management and delivering managed service requests.

Key Accountabilities
  • Provide 2nd and 3rd level specialist support
  • Provide specialist advice, leadership and technical coaching to assist team members and colleagues in dealing with complex technical support issues
  • Prepare advanced technical reports and technical documents related to specialist engineering support in accordance with my client's standards
  • Perform duties and preventative maintenance to ensure that services provided maintain high levels of availability, performance, security and efficiency
  • Perform operational and project activities within ITIL based service management guidelines and security policies and standards
  • Pro-actively participate in assigned roles (Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Configuration etc.) championing and representing the team to management and external stakeholders as required
To be successful you must have:
  • Min 5 years of experience in level 2 and 3 desktop administration, maintenance and support experience in a large complex commercial environment
  • Experience supporting Windows 7,8 and 10, Microsoft office including O365 and Lotus Notes
  • Proven administration skills in Microsoft Active Directory
  • Significant Experience with Enterprise virus protection/personal firewall software products, Microsoft based print services and SCCM
  • Experience with Powershell or equivalent
  • Significant expertise troubleshooting hardware and software problems with various desktop components such as printers, scanners, MS Project, MS Visio, etc.
  • Experience with ITIL - must have
  • Excellent level of customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
