An experienced IT support engineer is required to provide 2 desktop support for Windows 10 and Office 365 migration. 

You will be responsible for:
  • Provide 1st/2nd level helpdesk and desktop support
  • Coordinate the service desk and incidents including providing accurate and timely logging of problems and resolution for problems in the database
  • Maintain the Active Directory including user account creation/deletion and performing cleanups on a monthly basis
  • Provide support for mobile devices
You will have
  • 5+ years of experience in helpdesk and desktop support  
  • Ability to start ASAP
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Experience with ITIL
  • Extensive experience in AD, Windows, Citrix and MS office
  • Well-developed written and oral communications skills.
  • Extensive customer service skills
  • Windows 10 and O365 - highly regarded
