We are currently helping 2 of our clients in achieving their business expansion plans. Both employers are SA-based IT Managed Services companies and are looking to recruit permanent staff in Level 2 capacity.

On a day to day basis, the Level 2 Engineers will work with the following technologies and they are expected to have detailed knowledge of these. 
  • Windows Server 2008/2012/2016
  • Active Directory
  • Virtualisation - VMware, Citrix
  • MS Exchange Server
  • Networking 
  • SCCM
An ideal candidate will have the following:
  • Previous Level 2 technical support experience in a Managed Service environment
  • Experience assessing clients' technical needs and capabilities during implementations
  • Experience in providing highly responsive customer service and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Comfortable working in a  customer facing role including interacting with different roles and people in a variety of topics
  • Experience with managing the above-mentioned technologies
  • Networking experience including switching and routing configuration and installation
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High-level communication skills both spoken and written
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
