This national leader in their specialised field are now looking to expand their Perth based operation with the addition of two Level 3 Application Support Consultants. The company has expanded consistently over the last few years and has a client base of major Australian/New Zealand brands.


Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for their Applications
  • Take ownership of assigned incidents to resolution
  • Provide excellent customer service to their primary client
  • Escalate any issues which need resolving by their DevOps or Development Teams
  • Utilise Service Now for the management of all incidents
  • Provide custom data extracts and Python Scripts to fix data problems
  • Participate in a monthly roster for 24/7 after hours on-call support (one week in every month)

Experience
  • Previous experience working/supporting environments of 100+ staff
  • Level 3 Application Support experience
  • Background in working with Service Now
  • Python scripting experience (highly desirable) 
  • .Net, Ruby on Rails, PHP, Javascript experience will also be considered
