This is unique and rare opportunity to join one of Australia's biggest and fastest growing entertainment brands. Working as part of their Sydney Head Office and within their highly experienced marketing, creative and loyalty team they are an innovative business who consistently strive to deliver best in class service across their entire business which includes: FMCG, hospitality, sports and gaming.

Due to continued growth, they are looking for an experienced and results driven Loyalty Analytics and Marketing Director to join their existing loyalty team. Reporting to the General Manager of Loyalty and Digital you will be responsible for driving and leading all loyalty activities across the business. Internal and external stakeholder engagement is a key part of this role, based on the size of the business so you must have excellent stakeholder management and experience delivering complex campaigns is key to the success in this role.

Role and responsibilities.
  • Increase  revenue generation for the business focusing on maximising/ increasing customer retention and loyalty for the wider business group
  • Sophisticated analysis and predictive modelling of loyalty data
  • Develop Loyalty strategy
  • Oversee the effective management of customer CRM programs
  • Manage the design, delivery and optimisation of wider business loyalty program and benefits.
  • Reduce customer churn rate
  • Demonstrate a very string understanding of Data Analytics and the interpretation of customer insights to inform and guide CRM platforms
  • Manage campaign development to ensure maximum return and maximum benefits against inbound revenue targets.
  • Manage external vendors
  • Direct the operational delivery of Loyalty Programs
  • Assist in the development and implementation of the annual marketing plan
  • Partners with the Insights and Analytics team to develop predictive modelling techniques
  • Manage the reporting & analytics of all activity and suggest future directions.
The Director of Marketing and Loyalty Analytics will possesses the following:
  • Over 10 years' experience across Loyalty and Customer Retention
  • Strong Analytical background - experience building predictive models and carrying out customer Analysis
  • Proven experience in managing Marketing Campaign plans, forecasts and customer segmentation management
  • Experience managing Loyalty Operational teams
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse, interpret and act on data to improve campaign performance
  • Ability to quickly pick-up and manage multiple project components (i.e. multi task)
  • Eye for detail and ability to think outside the box
  • Due to the size and structure of this business, excellent stakeholder manager skills are essential
