Primary Purpose

This position is a Configuration Manager SME role, performing a wide range of operational SCCM support duties. 
The successful candidate will be required to work closely with operational support staff, both local and remote, along with senior SCCM engineers and other related stakeholders in achieving these duties.

Key Skills

*Extensive operational experience in monitoring and maintaining a complex Configuration Manager (SCCM) environment
* Proven widespread experience in troubleshooting Configuration Manager components, such as package deployments, task sequences, OSD and PXE environments
* Knowledge of Windows scripting technologies eg. VBScript, PowerShell, Batch, WMI
* General operational understanding in Virtual Machine Technology, such as Microsoft Hyper-V

Experience in NSW public sector is highly desirable but not mandatory.
