Multiple Data Modellers Wanted!

 

An exciting opportunity exists within a large government department based in Canberra for skilled and experienced Data Modellers to engage in multiple long-term contract roles.

You will have demonstrated experience as a data modeller for Qlik Sense within an enterprise application development environment, with preference to those with experience within an agile framework such as Scaled Agile Framework.

The purpose of your role will be to:
  • Evaluate business requirements to draft test cases
  • Conduct regression and system tests in accordance with test cases
  • Support various stages of Qlik development lifecycle, and
  • Conduct some user administration functions.


Applicant Criteria Includes:
  • ​Demonstrated experience as a data modeller for Qlik Sense within an enterprise application development environment, with preference to those with experience within an agile framework such as Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or equivalent.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to liaise and negotiate with business and technical personnel.
  • Well-developed testing skills, including the ability to write, review and execute complex manual and automated test cases.
  • Well-developed experience in defect management using industry-standard tools such as Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated experience in data modelling, data analysis and reporting using Qlik Sense, SQL and querying databases using tools such as SQL Visual Studio.
  • Sound and effective organisational skills, including the ability to manage changes to business requirements and priorities and work within tight timeframes.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team to achieve outcomes and meet deadlines.
