The Network Manager will report into the IT Operations Manager and you will be responsible to lead, manage and develop the IT Network team (5 people) in delivering a network service, across schools and corporate offices that encompasses, wLAN, LAN, WAN and security elements.

Key to your success will be:
  • Senior leadership experience within a large complex ICT Network function
  • Improving the resilience and reliability of the service delivered to the users
  • Lifting operational efficiency through continual service improvement
  • Increasing visibility and knowledge of the dependency of services on the network
  • Deploying tools and systems that simplify / automate requests and incidents
  • Identify the opportunities and deploy new technologies that will improve the service and/or lower the cost
  • Supporting other technology & business projects in using the network to the best effect
