The Role            

The Office 365 Technical Analyst will have general Office 365 technical knowledge to resolve both functional and technical problems and support general customer/user queries and issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice and technical support, including problem resolution, to users of Office 365;
  • Escalate critical issues, managing the issue through its life cycle
  • Monitoring, assigning, answering, tracking and assisting with customer enquiries and requests for assistance via all contact points (including telephone, email and face-to-face);
  • Establish and maintain customer service relationships with managers and staff throughout the department
  • Adhere to change practices within ITIL standards and information communication and technology and the department's polices
Key Skills
  • Strong experience supporting and administering Office 365 cloud-based services;
  • Competency in technical troubleshooting utilising problem solving & analytical skills related to Office 365 technologies;
  • Experience working in an ITIL environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Prior experience in Government - highly regarded
