About the Role
 
Through our unique relationship with the Sydney Start Up Community, we are now seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist who has experience in Software Development and Emerging Tech.   This is an opportunity to work with some of Australia's leading minds who are at the forefront of emerging technology, creating amazing products. We are looking for someone who is passionate about the Start Up industry and wants be a part of that growth.
 
Below is a summary of what you can expect in this role:
 
  • Working onsite 2/3 days per week with the support of a Resource Consultant
  • The remainder of your time will be spent at our offices on Elizabeth St.
  • Act as the face of Talent International with the Start Up community in Sydney and help them grow by finding the best Tech professionals across Australia.
  • Act in a consultative capacity, educate on the recruitment process and the value we offer.
  • Build long-term relationships, these clients often start out with less than 5 people and can quickly scale to over 50 people.
  • Talking tech - terms such as React, React Native and Angular will come into 90% of conversations so experience and interest in this area will be needed.
