Talent International is working in partnership with a large government organisation to assist in sourcing an experienced organisational change manager to assist with the delivery the Standard Operating Environment (SOE) project, specifically taking a strategic approach to user adoption of Windows 10, Office 365, Intune and One Drive technologies.
The Change Manager will be responsible for ensuring business users are engaged in adopting end user computing technology delivered as part of the SOE project, resulting in stakeholders understanding, supporting and adopting new ways of working.
Responsibilities include
  • Implement a structured and integrated change management approach to delivering /in accordance with the Business Readiness Framework.
  • Conduct and develop stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, business readiness and transition management plans, training needs analysis, communication and implementation support plans.
  • Build strong working relationships with senior stakeholders to ensure business led change, underpinned by their commitment and ownership to support adoption of agreed business solutions
  • Provide status updates, support and advice to the project leads and business leads on business readiness, including early identification and escalation of major risks and issues;
  • Lead consultation and engagement processes with key stakeholders to identify and mitigate business impacts;

Experience Required
  •  Demonstrated experience implementing and delivering user adoption strategies for enterprise Microsoft Windows platform upgrade programs (i.e. Windows 7 or Windows 10).
  • Demonstrated experience in user adoption of Microsoft Office 365 applications and technology.
  • Extensive experience in change management strategies for migrations of mobile devices to new mobile device management platforms.
  • Experience conducting training needs analysis and developing appropriate programs to facilitate and support user adoption.
  • Broad experience and knowledge of industry change management principles, methodologies and tools;
  • Proven experience delivering strong communications and stakeholder management.
