Organisational Change Manager

A skilled and experienced individual is needed to fill a short-mid length role based in Canberra as an Organisational Change Manager. You will work for a popular private entity located in North Canberra. This position is required to support a staff transition to new ways of working with new systems and new processes.

The successful candidate will deliver change management activities to support the implementation of new IT systems and processes for staff across this utility. Working across multiple projects, you will have experience in delivering change in an agile project environment, the Change Manager supports users to transition to the new IT solution through change impact analyses to fully understand current practice and system use across all staff group.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pick-up and execute existing change management and communication plans
  • Develop communication materials
  • Conduct change impact assessment and business change impact analysis
  • Assess business readiness for change
  • Work with training resources to determine training needs
  • Manage stakeholder matrix and engagement schedule
  • Lead and facilitate productive discussions and workshops with staff and stakeholders
  • Managing business challenges, objectives, and interdependent activity
  • Support stakeholders in adopting the change and performance with new systems
