Reporting to the Lead, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing tactical level advice, support and training to the business. Must be a proactive, self-starter with excellent communication skills with experience working on transformational projects.

  • Assist with the identification of change requirements for each project.
  • Define the required project change management artefacts and deliverables via workshops with appropriate stakeholders.
  • Develop the Change Management Strategy.
  • Develop and implement the Change Management Plan.
  • Develop and implement the Communications Plan.
  • Stakeholder Identification and engagement plan and schedule.
  • Manage stakeholder coordination, engagement and outcomes.
  • Undertake business readiness assessments and stakeholder feedback analysis.
