Organisational Change Manager

An exciting opportunity exists for multiple Organisational Change Managers to engage in a contract position based in Canberra for a government department. You will have demonstrable experience as an Organisational Change Manager, and be talented in tasks requiring skills in negotiation and conducting research and data analysis.

  • Maximum $110 per hour

Tasks may include while not being limited to:
  • Applying a structured methodology and lead change management activities;
  • Assessing the change impacts to various stakeholder audience groups;
  • Completing Change Impact Assessments;
  • Creating Change Management Strategy - based on the nature of the change and the groups being impacted;
  • Identifying potential risks, points of resistance and prepare specific plans to mitigate or address these;
  • Consulting and coaching project teams;
  • Working with relevant areas to create a set of actionable and targeted set of change management plans - including communications plan, sponsor roadmap, training plan;
  • Taking a lead role in the execution of change management plans;
  • Supporting and engage senior leaders;
  • Coordinating efforts with other specialists;
  • Creating and enabling support and reinforcement mechanisms;
  • Integrating change management activities into the overall project plan;
  • Evaluating and ensuring stakeholder readiness for change;
  • Managing stakeholders;
  • Tracking and reporting issues;
  • Defining and measuring success metrics and monitor change progress; and
  • Supporting Change Management at the Organisational level.
