Our Government client is looking for an Outlook Support Analyst to support users who a being migrated from Lotus Notes to Microsoft Outlook.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide L1/L2 pre and post-migration user support
  • Resolve user issues on time and respond to user queries with appropriate solution
  • Provide Floor walk/On-call/Remote desktop support
  • Travel to regional sites when needed
  • Testing of the applications and flagging all the issues to the appropriate teams
  • Work with Vendor teams to get any unresolved issues fixed
Key Skills
  • Experienced in Lotus Notes and Outlook products support and other applications support.
  • Have a good understanding of Outlook and its components, Calendaring, OWA etc
  • Have exposure to Microsoft cloud and Office 365 environment.
  • Prior migration experience from Notes to Outlook and knowledge in Quest tools would be advantageous 
  • Demonstrated Experience in handling large user base
  • Experienced in post-migration support
