Talent International is working in partnership with a large government organisation to assist in sourcing an experienced People Services Advisor manages displaced employees within the business, would like resumes to have a mandatory displaced employee management background for at least a minimum of 3+ years.

Key Accountabilities involved
  • Own and deliver the end to end process between the HRBP/Specialist and Line Manager for any restructuring activity once consultation has been completed.
  • Ensure early intervention with HRBP/Specialist when it has been identified that there is a restructure to be completed.
  • Own the relationship with any displaced employee as a result of any restructuring project
  • Co-ordinate and organize all functions within the business centre eg, IT Payroll, Recruitment and Administration making them aware of their role in the restructuring process.
Experience Required
  • Diploma in Human Resources or related field of study or equivalent experience
  • Skills
  • Specific skills, software packages or licences required to perform the position and at what level.
  • Knowledge and experience of HR and Payroll related policies and procedures in particular new hire processes
  • Ability to interpret and apply provisions in complex enterprise agreements
  • Ability to understand and interpret individual contract provisions
