Talent International is excited to be working in partnership with a nationwide Telecommunications company who is immediately seeking a Personal Assistant on an initial 6-month contract (likley to extend), located in North Sydney.

Working as part of Residential Sales and Marketing Team supporting the EGM of Marketing and Community. 

The successful candidate will need to be flexible and adaptable to change, with the ability to work in a fast paced ever changing environment. 

Must have 5 years + experience in a similar role. 

You will be required to provide full administrative and general support duties of a responsible and confidential nature, and providing secondary support to their team of direct reports. Operating at a Senior Level, this role requires an individual who is comfortable in communicating with people at all levels in the organisation, industry and wider community. 

With confidence, You will communicate the EGM Marketing Channels & Partnerships instructions and directions to various individuals and/or departments. You will also be responsible for screening emails and actioning on behalf of the EGM where necessary. 

Key Responsibilities: 
  • Diary Management, Meeting Coordination/management and assistance with Meeting Agendas 
  • Customer Management Coordination - Support EGM and GM Customer Management with customer engagement at Director C-suite level 
  • Email Management 
  • General Administration as Required 
  • Organise and expedite the flow of work through the office and initiate any follow-up actions. 
  • Organise and maintain files of correspondence, and records, following up on pending matters. 
  • Management of purchase orders and invoices when required. 
  • Produce Reports and Presentations 
  • Arrange travel for EGM, GM's and Manage Corporate Expenses 
  • Assist in Coordination of Recruitment and On-Boarding of New Employees 
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Intermediate to advanced user of all Microsoft Word products including Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel (Microsoft 2010) 
  • Previous experience in a similar role supporting senior managers 
  • Proven ability to plan, coordinate and follow through 
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to proofread documents and edit accordingly 
  • Experience is handling information of a confidential nature 
  • * Development of new processes and improvement of existing processes 
  • Document management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Ability to work through difficult problems professionally 
  • Ability to work with peers effectively 
  • Strong stakeholder engagement
