PMO Administration Assistant
Our client is one of Australia's largest wealth management organisations with a focus on people before profits. They are currently looking for a PMO Administration Assistant to work within a Program across multiple different initiatives for an initial 3 months contract.

You will be responsible for providing administrative support for the Projects, Communication and Change function

Qualifications
  • Detailed knowledge and experience in PowerPoint and Word.
  • SharePoint knowledge and experience preferred but not required.
Experience
  • Demonstrated experience in a role responsible for project management or key projects for a corporate or government organisation
  • Demonstrated ability to work in partnership with others
  • Demonstrated capability in PowerPoint, Word and SharePoint
  • Ability to prepare reports
  • Ability to check reports
Attributes
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Demonstrate high level understanding of project management methodologies and processes
  • Is comfortable with complexity and ambiguity, able to navigate and remain effective in a busy and evolving environment without constant supervision or direction.
  • Has exceptional organisational skills and written and verbal communication.
