The PMO Analyst supports and coordinates program and project management activities, from business case through to project initiation and ongoing planning and control activities to ensure successful delivery of project.

You will be responsible for
  • Provide all administration support required for the operation of the Program Office
  • Support and Preparation of reports including planning and control activities at project levels
  • Allocate managed resources across core business and project activities
  • Report development and management in support of planning and control activities
  • Contribute to program and project governance through participation in Project Control Boards
You will have
  • Strong experience in PMO Analysis across simple and complex technology projects
  • Experience in balancing constrained resources and competing project priorities
  • Strong MS application knowledge including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, MS Dynamics & Power BI
  • Good communication skills both written and oral
  • Data analytical skills in being able to read data and build processes to analyse and interrogate data
