Our client is seeking an experienced PMO Manager to manage a major portfolio of work. As the PMO Manager you will be responsible for providing key information and advice on the programs and projects of work to the organisation. You will oversee a project team of 35 resources and ensure continuous improvement of the efficiency and effectiveness of the portfolio this may include refining the enterprise-level PMO practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement best practice Project Management approaches and methodologies
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to Project Managers
  • Provide administration, organisational change, resource management and financial services for projects and programs
  • Review, enhance and implement effective and efficient enterprise grade tools and management processes in alignment of PMO maturity with project delivery capability
  • Manage a team of up to 35 staff
 Key Skills 
  • Demonstrated experience in the establishment and management of structures, systems and processes required to support the operation a PMO
  • Extensive experience heading up a PMO in a large complex organisation
  • Capacity to lead and manage organisational change through Project Delivery
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a complex suite of resources and services
  • Excellent writing, communication, presentation, reporting and documentation skills
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
