Talent International is working in partnership with a large government organisation to assist in sourcing an experienced PMO will play a key role in the management and oversight of the project controls and reporting systems while deployed to a program and maintaining a strong relationship with the PMO.

Key accountabilities include -
  • Facilitating planning sessions including development of Project Controls Plan, Estimate Plan, Schedule Management Plan and Schedules.
  • During the procurement phase, review tender documents and contract drafts.
  • Implement, manage & maintain Project Performance Monitoring and Reporting Systems.
  • Manage the estimate development, establishment of control budgets, scope change, trend analysis, budget transfers, risk management and forecasting of costs and cash flow on a monthly basis

The successful applicant will have experience in the following:
  • Development of integrated portfolio and program level reporting systems
  • Leadership of teams which support multiple programs and projects
  • Excellence in all aspects of project controls, including schedule, cost and risk management
  • Both Contractor and Client side experience desirable
  • Capacity to operate both independently, using initiative and self-direction, and as a team member to produce consistently high quality work
