Talent International are working with one of their Financial Services Industry clients to source a Business Process Analyst. The role is offering a 6 month initial contract, based in Sydney CBD.
The Business Process Analyst is responsible for providing business process services to support a large transformation program with one of our Financial Services client. The program itself is targeted towards ensuring business practices are compliant and customer centric.

This role will:
  • Design future state processes considering all elements of process design including safety, effort, skillset required, and communication.
  • Undertake process analysis to validate that future state processes support the business vision.
  • Provide concise, clear process documentation to support training, change management, testing and assurance across the program and enable clean handover to the business owner.
  • Support, promote and champion transformation and change initiatives to assist others to engage with the program.
Key accountabilities:
  • Document business processes to internal standards and methodology
  • Support and/or facilitate process design and playback session
  • Manage information in the program repositories to document management standards
  • Undertake analysis to measure future state process effectiveness
  • Undertake current and future state gap analysis, assess changes and impacts to ensure that transformation strategy and transition planning is fit for purpose.
  • Build and maintain working relationships with program and business stakeholders
  • Support business and program stakeholders in utilizing process artefacts effectively
 
Requirements to be successful in this role:
  • Demonstrated experience in a role of a similar nature
  • Experience developing high quality process documentation during major organisational reform.
  • High level conceptual and analytical skills and the capacity to develop solutions for a range of multifaceted issues.
  • Clear and concise written and oral communication skills including the ability to present to varying audiences.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of attention in a distracting environment
  • Ability to maintain a level of consistency in documentation.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the tools and techniques used for process redesign such as Holocentric, BPMN or other business process modelling products.
