Our client is a leader in their field and is a not-for-profit organisation. These are exciting times for our client and following a merge and organisational growth, they urgently require an experienced Process Analyst to assist with their Payroll Transfer Project to start ASAP.

You will be a highly valued member of the Payroll Transfer Team and attend regular internal meetings working with SMEs, the rostering software vendor and payroll software vendor to achieve  an 8 week analysis and documentation period, to then hand over the detailed requirement documents to a resource who will then work with the software vendor to ensure the build and test phase runs smoothly.

To be considered for this role you will need the following skills and experience:
  • Experience with Payroll and Rostering system upgrades or transfer projects 
  • Strong process analyst skills
  • Strong experience with developing business requirement documentation
  • Experience working with vendors and stakeholders
  • Experience in assisting with the development of test scenarios
  • Great interpersonal skills both written and verbal.
***Note: This Company has a flexible workplace. The client is looking for someone to start immediately and will be 4-5 days per week. They are closed the normal public holidays but will be open over the Christmas period thus you will need to be available to produce the documentation during the required period.
