Talent International is excited to be working in partnership with a national telecommunications company who is seeking a Process Improvement Manager for an initial 6-month contract, located in Sydney.

The primary purpose of the Process Improvement Manager is to identify business improvement opportunities through ongoing measurement of the businesses performance and by proactively engaging stakeholders. You will assist General Managers and project/initiative sponsors to achieve measurable improvements in the performance of processes they are accountable for.

The Role:
  • Deliver, project manage and manage change across operational improvement initiatives as required, assisting Process Owners to achieve measurable improvements in process performance
  • Facilitate improvement workshops and meetings as required utilising relevant techniques to assist teams to resolve urgent improvement issues
  • Drive continuous process improvement capability in regards to Methodology, Tools and practices, Maturity
Ideally you will have:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Business/Process Improvement environment with some Telecommunications or IT experience preferred
  • Facilitation Skills
  • Understanding and ability to develop end-to-end customer journey maps
  • Lean Six Sigma Black/Green Belt experience & certification
  • Knowledge of change management
  • Understanding of Signavio and BPMN 2.0 modeling 
  • Advance excel and minitab
