Our client is a leading telco provider seeking to significantly improve their current processes across the business to provide improved customer service and experience.

Your new role will see you responsible for identifying business improvement opportunities through the analysis of performance. By engaging with stakeholders across the organisation you will be assisting General Management to discover and implement initiatives to achieve measurable improvements. In addition, you will be supporting and coaching continuous improvement methods to operational teams and implementing smaller initiatives yourself. Due to the complexity and size of the organisation the successful candidate requires a Master Black Belt Certification.

Skills and Experience:
  • Master Black Belt Lean Six Sigma certification
  • Proven experience implementing and introducing Lean Six Sigma
  • Enterprise organisation experience
  • Knowledge of or a background in audit and risk
  • Strong knowledge of process mapping techniques, standard work principles and process management
Our client is offering an initial 12 month contract with the view to extension based in the CBD.
