Procurement/Licensing Analyst

Due to business growth and expansion we are seeking a Procurement/Licensing Support Analyst for our client, a large FMCG brand based in Western Sydney.

You will be joining an established applications support team which offers diversity and extensive development opportunities.

Day to Day Responsibilities include: 
  • Procurement, Vendor and Licensing process analyst with a high attention to detail required
  • Develop and maintain training documentation and programs for all new systems
  • Streamline operational processes within the organisation
  • Coordinate the development, deployment and support of national IT initiatives
  • Ensure appropriate systems are in place to maintain data integrity and security
  • Strong troubleshooting and application analysis experience
  • Exposure with vendor management, procurement and licensing management.
  • Experience supporting a de-centralised group of stakeholders, including Warehouse staff
  • Experience with Manhattan WHS and/or SAP TMS will be an advantage
  • Understanding of retail supply chain, especially ordering from suppliers & Warehouse operations
  • Experience with Warehouse devices such as Pick-by-Voice talkman's and scanners,
  • Ability to travel interstate or overseas as required
  • Ability to be on call after hours on a rotational basis
