Our client is currently undergoing a customer experience and business transformation and has a number of programs of work underway. Due to this, they require a skilled Program Scheduler to join their team working in their PMO department. Reporting to the PMO Lead, you will be assisting various leaders in the IT business to create, monitor, and analyse project schedules in accordance with standard best practice. You will also lead the schedule function within the directorate, providing training and support on all aspects for scheduling.

To apply for this contract you will need the following:
  • Be available at short notice. The current contract is until 25th January 2019
  • Comprehensive knowledge and the ability of schedule planning and analysis techniques (critical path/chain analysis).
  • Excellent diplomacy skills and the ability to maintain relationships with leaders, project managers, and SMEs.
  • Superior MS suite skills (Project, Visio, PowerPoint etc.)
  • Extensive experience in project resource mapping and tracking
  • Experience in development and reporting of critical path activities
  • Experience in assisting with the development and maintenance of summary level schedule reports including but not limited to: milestones, dependencies, resource utilisation, and critical path.
