We currently have multiple Project Administrators vacaancies for various government departments in Melbourne. As a Project Administrator you will be responsible for providing administarive support to the project team and providing assistance to the Project Managers and PMO.

Key accountabilities 
  • Provide project administration support including meeting coordination, correspondence and information management.
  • Maintain effective and accurate corporate management systems, including spreadsheets and registers
  • Assist with the preparation of documentation, including reports, schedules, presentations, meeting documentation and general communications
  • Resolve local operational issues, and provide an improvement to business operations and administrations.
  • Provide assistance to PMO Manager in upkeep of project management reports and registers
  • Support project team with corporate processes and policies.
Skills and experience
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in project administration
  • Experience with tools such as MS Project, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Exceptional presentation and communications skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and build relationships with stakeholders
  • Strong organisation skills, with the ability to work to multitask
  • Government experience - nice to have
