The role; 
Newly created contract position playing a key role in a thriving project team, reporting directly to the Enterprise Transformation Manager.
Key responsibilities;
  • Manage scheduling of team meetings and workshops.
  • Track tasks and activities and feedback to PMO.
  • Draft project teams communications, review with appropriate stakeholders.
  • On-board all project team members.
  • Co-ordinate travel planning, including liaison with travel agents, customers and contacts at the centres to be visited and safety advisors.
  • Track and manage Visa requirements of international team members.
  • Maintain team and travel calendars, and up-to-date email list of project team members and/or distribution list.
  • Liaise with all attendees, record attendance, co-ordinate meeting rooms, equipment etc.
  • Assist with creation of purchase requisitions and purchase orders, as required.

Skills/experience sought;
  • 5+ years in project co-ordination, PSO roles, ideally with large organisations/ environments.
  • Familiar with using SAP for purchasing/supply purposes.
  • Experience working on Systems implementations and/or HR projects
  • Proven problem solver.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects/deadlines, identifying the necessary steps and moving forward through completion.
  • Capability to work in a high-pressure environment, introducing structure and best practice approach and consistently deliver high quality results.
