The role;
 Newly created contract position playing a key role in a thriving project team, reporting directly to the Enterprise Transformation Manager.

Key responsibilities;
  • On-board project team members and co-ordinate the team's international and domestic travel.
  • Schedule project team meetings and workshops.
  • Assist with creation of purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
  • Manage logistics for meeting/workshops including room bookings and setup, equipment, catering, printing and attendance. 
  • Manage the project team shared calendar, mailbox and distribution list.
  • Create purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
  • Other administration duties as required.

Skills/experience sought;
  • 5+ years in project Administration / Co-ordination roles, ideally with large organisations/ environments.
  • Familiar with using SAP for purchasing/supply purposes.
  • Proven problem solver.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects/deadlines, identifying the necessary steps and moving forward through completion.
  • Capability to work in a high-pressure environment, introducing structure and best practice approach and consistently deliver high quality results.
