The Project Coordinator position will provide support services across multiple projects to assist Project Managers with meeting their project control and governance requirements.   

You will be responsible for
  • Provide project support to assist in meeting agreed project objectives, service delivery standards and timelines, stakeholder expectations and client needs.
  • Support the project team by coordinating meetings and workshops, providing secretariat support and ensuring follow-up of actions arising from meetings.
  • Undertake research and analysis in order to develop and prepare a range of highly confidential documents, correspondence, reports, briefings, presentations and contract documentation.
  • Establish relationships and liaise with a diverse range of stakeholders, contractors, suppliers and government agency counterparts in relation to planning, project management and support functions.
You will have
  • Min 4 years of experience in Project Coordination experience
  • Demonstrated experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining efficient administration systems including the control and tracking of documentation
  • Demonstrated organising and planning skills, focusing on meeting agreed outcomes and timelines
  • Demonstrated experience in providing secretariat support to high-level stakeholder/executive individuals or groups and diary management, coordinating meetings and workshops
  • Good communication skills
