Project Coodinator (X2) - Asset Management & End User Computing projects - URGENT ROLES - APPLY TODAY!

We are now recruiting Project Coordinators to join a prestigious government client. The primary purpose of this role is to undertake project coordination activity to support project management tasks within the organization and related activities of a designated portfolio to support project delivery.
 
The two project coordinators will be working on separate projects, namely:
  1. Asset Management project
  2. End User Computing (EUC) project
General responsibilities under the 2 projects:
  • Preparing and assisting with project variation negotiations, contract notices and certificates aligned to contractual requirements and maintain registers
  • Reviewing financial data related to project budget, purchase orders, material deliveries, accruals, invoices and other related financial data
  • Coordinating input to cost estimates for project elements and life cycle and maintain the security of financial data 
  • Working with the Project Leads to update schedules, budget and resource phasing
  • Performing schedule analysis and report your findings, including critical path(s)
  • Monitoring costs, compiling progress data and developing project control worksheets
  • Assist and or prepare timely performance management data
  • Assist with Minutes and Actions
  • Risks/Issue tracking
  • Assist Status Reporting and Smartsheet maintenance
  • Demo/POC hardware coordination
  • Application Testing Coordination - Application packaging, testing and signoff
  • Co-ordinating deployments/migrations with the business
  • Assisting with Organisational Change Management
  • Manage pilot/poc feedback/testing
  • Capturing and managing dependencies and decisions
Essential Skills & Experience:
Successful applicants must have previous experience working in a similar capacity on projects and have been exposed to contract administration and project services tasks such as project controls, etc. It is also imperative that applicants have at least an intermediate level of capability Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Applicants with a project management qualification, those with asset management and or scheduling experience and prior exposure to project risk, will be viewed favourably.
