The opportunity

We're looking for a Project Coordinator to join a large Enterprise Information Management Program which will deliver significant improvements to the organisations data management and analytics capabilities to achieve business outcomes. 

  • Coordinate project activities including status reporting, monitoring of the project budget, data gathering and collation and communication with stakeholders
  • Preparation of agendas & minutes for all relevant project forums, e.g. team meetings, Steering
  • General project administration and logistics, i.e. booking of meetings incl. rooms, etc.
  • Maintain current status in project schedule through MS Project Server and adjust schedule if necessary
  • Processing invoices and raising purchase orders through the companies SAP system
  • Provide administrative support to Project Manager(s)
  • Ensure the project Risks and Issues register is updated
  • Coordinate internal resources and information in accordance with the planned project.
You will need:
  • Demonstrated skills in interpersonal and spoken communication, such as stakeholder management.
  • Advanced writing skills for formal and informal documentation, reporting etc.
  • Ability to prepare and process invoices and purchase orders through SAP
  • Ability to confidently liaise with all contractors and suppliers associated with the project
  • Ability to prepare emails and maintain spreadsheets on behalf of project managers, attend meetings, take notes/minutes and distribute as appropriate.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain / adjust MS Project Schedules
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in the absence of decision makers.
